Organised across eleven regions covering the length and breadth of the UK, the Master Builder of the Year Awards are the culmination of a nine month search to find the best builders in the country. They highlight the work for homeowners, commercial organisations and public bodies that, though greatly appreciated by their clients, often goes unsung by the media. Building firms can only be entered by their customers and they nominate only the best. Winning a regional award is a significant achievement in itself. Craftsmanship of the highest order must be displayed and the judges also assess the attention to customer service demonstrated by the builder.
This particular award is given to the project that demonstrates the best use of energy efficiency features and /or waste minimisation practices designed to save energy, reduce costs and reduce overall environmental impact. C W Davis installed solar panels in these council houses in Seaton Sluice, providing their tenants with low cost hot water all year round.

OUR GUARANTEE
C.W.Davis Ltd is a member of Construction Line, the Federation of Master Builders, and the National Register of Warranted Builders. The company has had to meet exacting standards in order to join. Construction work is quality checked by independent inspectors from external organisations. Membership means the company is always kept up-to-date with the latest technological developments and legislation.
All of our new homes come with a 10 year NHBC warranty. This insures against major structural defects. Each householder is provided with a manual detailing the terms of the warranty. During the Initial Guarantee Period we must put right, at our own expense, any defects which arise as a result of our not keeping to the NHBC’s standards. The Structural Guarantee Period runs from the end of the Initial Guarantee Period to the end of the tenth year.
The Buildmark Warranty means that all constructions are checked at specified key stages (eg foundations, drainage, superstructure, pre-plaster, pre-handover) by an independent NHBC inspector
We personally guarantee a new property for the first year from its purchase, including six month and twelve month maintenance checks.
